DACG successfully delivered Construction Management at Risk services for Lake County Schools’ new 99,328 SF Fruitland Park Elementary School. This state-of-the-art campus provides a full spectrum of educational and recreational spaces, including an administration office, multipurpose cafeteria, commercial kitchen, and media center, along with dedicated art and music labs.
The school also features computer labs, flexible classrooms, a covered play area, hard courts, playgrounds, and covered walkways to enrich the student and faculty experience. Equipped with advanced classroom technology to support modern learning, the project was completed on time and within budget, providing the community with a high-quality educational environment.
