DACG provided Construction Manager at Risk services including preconstruction and self-perform services on the campus-wide renovations at Casselberry Elementary School. This project includes a new 50,000 SF two-story classroom building along with complete and extensive renovations of the existing campus.
A new 15,000 SF multipurpose building including new campus restaurant, a complete HVAC replacement and extensive existing building upgrade from an original1960’s construction.Existing underground utility upgrades and site modification with site lighting upgrades.The result of our combined efforts led to a GMP that held true throughout the 18-month project duration, during one of the most volatile construction markets in history. No additional funds were requested from SCPS to complete the project on time and within the original budget.
