Our firm’s responsibilities include CM at Risk, pre-construction, and self-perform services on the construction of a new gymnasium, new central energy plant, and campus wide fire alarm upgrades at The Crooms Academy of Information Technology. Total campus upgrades include new bus loop, parent drop off, student parking, construction of a new 24,000 SF gymnasium and central energy plant with ice plant technology.
DACG created a specialized safety plan to keep the students, faculty, and staff safe throughout the project by utilizing smart lock technology, structured delivery & access schedules, as well as consistent communication with school faculty members. In addition, to streamline the process for submittals and quality control we implemented the use of our TEAM software on all DACG projects.
