This 18,000 SF $3.5M project included campus-wide HVAC replacement, campus-wide BuildingAutomation System, chiller replacement, LED replacement, fire alarm upgrades, and new finishes in cafeteria and classrooms. These campus-wide upgrades of have transformed the1988 elementary school into a premier first-class Seminole County educational facility.Our team was actively working on the project while the school was in full operation with minimal impact to the educational process. DACG did this by implementing a specialized Safety plan to keep the students safe and separated from daily construction activities through the project by utilizing smart lock technology, structured delivery & access schedules, and consistent communication with school faculty members.
